  Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned fixture, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
