Most standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Large chandeliers and oversized pendants typically arrive within 7-10 business days via our specialized white-glove delivery partners.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While Luminaire does not provide direct installation, we include detailed mounting guides with every product and recommend hiring a licensed electrician to ensure your fixtures are safely and correctly installed.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that installed fixtures or custom-made lighting solutions are not eligible for return.
Are your LED bulbs dimmable?
Most of our integrated LED fixtures and included bulbs are dimmable. Please check the specific product specifications page to ensure compatibility with your home's dimmer switch type.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Luminaire lighting fixtures come with a comprehensive 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and electrical components.
Can I use your indoor pendants in a covered outdoor patio?
We recommend only using fixtures rated 'Damp' or 'Wet' for outdoor spaces. Using indoor-rated 'Dry' fixtures in outdoor environments will void the warranty due to potential moisture exposure.
