Manufactured in transparent injection molded polycarbonate, the Miss K table lamp has a clear base and stem with an external aluminized shade which emits a warm light. When unlit, the polycarbonate lampshade shows subtle detail with a dark metallic tint. When lit, the table lamp appears almost like an x-ray, with the bulb starkly visible behind the now-clear illuminated shade. The fluid pedestal base of the table lamp is clear at all times.
